Twenty-one cadets will graduate on August 21 from the Fresno City College Police Academy. The cadets have now completed the Academy’s 530-hour intensive modular format of the regular basic police course, which began June 2, 2009.  This module is the last of a three module program.  The graduates have successfully passed all segments of a very rigorous curriculum in over 42 topical areas that included criminal law, investigations, patrol and juvenile procedures, vehicle operations, traffic, emergency management, first aid, professionalism and ethics, physical training, and many other related subjects.
